Minimal set-up required to use your Mobile AppCard; most users will be able to begin using it in minutes. Follow the steps below:

  1. Download the eAccounts Mobile App.
  2. Select Appalachian State University and log in with your App State username and password.
  3. If you are a new student and do not have a photo, you will need to submit your photo online before adding your Mobile AppCard to your device.  Photo Submission steps
  4. Click “Add to Wallet”.
To see your photo in eAccounts, you must add your ID to your phone's wallet.
Note: Even if you already have a photo approved, you won’t see a photo in eAccounts until after you “Add to Wallet”.

***IF you have downloaded the Mobile AppCard and have since gotten a new phone, please contact our office or come by so we can get your Mobile AppCard on your new phone!
